Easter

Well I just put in a BIG old order of prints from Snapfish and got them back, so I am suuuuuper excited to be able to get scrappin on some fairly recent photos.. like Easter.. Here is my first page with photos from the batch, it's Sydney with her Easter basket, on Easter morning.

I used a sketch from Design's by Diana's blog anniversary sketch.. I didn't add as many photos on it, but added some cute frames from Amy Tangerine's adorable new line.

I also played along with the Scrapbook Circle's blog challenge #30 framed.. and added some frames, both a cute Polaroid one and then some cut out ones from the Amy Tangerine paper. One of which is the under the title letters... I got the April kit which was packed with fun Amy Tangerine papers and goodies!!!
and then mixed it up with some fun embellies:
Hope you have a wonderful day!!!!!

Day 60: Super Sketchy Sunday

Well I can't believe another week has flown by!!! seriously!! where does time go. Well since we were out of state most of last week, I spent most of this week, doing laundry, getting caught up on house chores and back to some much needed exercise.
Pam has a new fun sketch to play with for Day 60 at 365 Cards Challenge blog.
Check out the sketch HERE:
Here is my take on the sketch:
I pulled out some scraps from a kit that was just laying on the floor of my scrappy desk and came up with this card. I added the stitching to the mini envelope and then some doodling, and then finished it off with some cut out patterns of papers.. I guess I really dressed up my envie.. oh, and a button on top too....

Sketches in Thyme #76: Hit A Thon

I LOVE that Sketches in Thyme does a monthly two pager. I don't do them enough and sometimes I have sooo many photos that I want to scrap but not do a ton of pages. I just take TOO many photos I think...LOL!!! but I don't regret it at all.
Here is the latest 2 pager. These photos were taken at Sydney's hit-a-thon fundraiser for softball. Man, this girl has quite a swing too. She hit it the 2nd furthest on her team into the green. She can really whack it.. .and yes she is my leftie!!!
Here is the sketch:

Day 56: Loud at 365 Cards

Today I got to fill in at 365 Cards Challenge blog for a fun weekday challenge...
The challenge for Day 56: Have you ever looked at someone's outfit and said,
"Now THAT is 'loud'" ?
If you have, then you know what I'm talking about when I say I want to see your cards reflect that idea that something you see can be described that way.

So here is my card for the challenge:
I used some old Prima papers, a line that I just LOVED.. it's super fun, loud, has animal prints and skulls... I'm pretty sure that says LOUD!!!!
For this card I also used the 4/15 Card sketch from Lisa at My Scraps and More... Plus bling always goes well.

Hope you play along and have a cool LOUD card to share!!!!

Today is the newest sketch from sketches in Thyme... here is my page with the sketch. I used some Echo Park This and That Charming. Austin has been playing catcher quite a bit lately in his baseball games, and I know he really enjoys it. I also played catcher when I played softball for 3 years in junior high and I LOVED that position. It's sooo fun.

Here is sketch #75 from sketches in thyme:
