Design Dollies- Scraplift Week

Since there are 5 weeks in May, the Design Dollies blog came up with a super fun idea. CHALLENGE: Each of the Dollies has chosen one of their favourite Design Dollies projects to share. What we'd love YOU to do is to choose one (or more, if you like) and scraplift it! You don't need to stick to the criteria of the original challenge - you just need to take inspiration from the project and create something NEW of your very own. It can be a layout, a card, an altered object, ANY crafty project that you like. Enter as many times as you like.

This is the page I picked as one of my favorite challenge that I played along with.. It was a color challenge from Nov: ROYAL BLUE, PALE BLUE, BLACK AND WHITE...

So go over and grab a page and scraplift one of the Dollies!!!!

Play Hard....

Play Hard... that's what you kids do when you go to the park.. It's one of my fave things to do, is just sit and watch you play.. pure bliss. pure excitement. pure joy. pureness of being a kid. These photos were from Rocketship Park in Cali.. I played along with the Scrapbook Circle challenge to use the “Inventory” from Crate Paper’s Emma’s Shoppe line... So I just busted out the full line of Emma's Shoppe and created this page with it. I know I'll be using more of this line in the future, I LOVE the colors..

Here is project #3 for Apron Strings, using the Smaller than a Breadbox kit. I used the October Afternoon papers for this layout. I LOVE these fun papers... and this is one of my FAVE pics of the kids.

Make sure to check out Sketch Inspirations this week, Apron Strings is the sponsor and has a great kit prize to give to the winner. Here is my take on the sketch, using the Smaller then a Breadbox kit:
