It's my week to share a sketch to play along with in the Croppin Paradise weekly challenge forum, and here is my sketch for this week. Hope you will use the sketch and play along.. add a link if you play along!! I'd love to see your take on it.Crate Sketch
I played along with the Crate Nov Sketch and this is the page that I came up with. I took some of the kids school pics and then added the SUPER cool and cute cards, and then decided to title the page my 2 Aces... a play on words of the cards... I mainly used their Restoration line which is SUPER fun.. I wanted to use their new school pics, but I only had Sydney's, Austin's finally came home today.. so I might have to do another page, with the newer pics...Sunday, November 28, 2010

Twisted Sketch Card: EDGE
I LOVED the fun twist for the Twisted Card sketch # 34 this week it was EDGE... Not only did I do some paper distressing on the EDGE of my card but I also hung my trim over the EDGE of the card.. Hope that you play along and enjoy the sketch as much as I did.A Color Card
I have to say I am a HUGE fan of this color combo... grass green, baby pink and white... in fact, I had my room that color for quite a few years growing up.. even though I'm not really a pink girl.. I played along with the Design Dollies color challenge, and also used the CPS card sketch # 194 for this creation, and here it is.Thursday, November 18, 2010
MME Fine and Dandy
Here is a couple more projects that I created with the MME Fine and Dandy line from the Croppin Paradise store that you can purchase HERE. I played along with the sketch that Nubia posted for the weekly sketch challenge on 11/15 in the forums HERE. I re-found this picture of Sydney when I was cleaning out my scrap area... and it just made me smile to remember what a CUTIE she was as a baby.. this pictures was sooo how she was, and always remember seeing her when I'd turn around in the car.. She was so small compared to now, so sweet, so smiley and a bit cheeky all at that same time....A Day to Celebrate...3 ways
One sentiment that doesn't change, but 3 cards to give it a whole new look.
Card # 1 Used the CPS 193 card sketch and some Halloween kraft and black papers... they are from the MME Haunted line.. bet ya'd never guess?
Card #2: Used some Prima, bling and a pretty butterfly and lace for this card. I also used the Get Sketchy card sketch # 64 to play along with.
Card #3: used some of the same Prima good, but added a flower and trim to mix it up a bit.. Also used some of the Prima packaging.. which is sooo pretty. I used the Sassy Lil sketches Sunday 11.14 sketch too.
so one sentiment, and 3 different looks...

CP Weekly Challenge 11/15
Here is my example page for the weekly challenge posted at the CP forums: for this challenge I want you to think about the STORE NAMES and use a STORE NAME in your title... There are lots of fun ones: Gap, Target, Bath and Body Works, Buckle,etc... Think about where you like to shop and use that for your title inspiration....
The reason for the page's title is: A guy at my husband's work saw a picture of our kids in a frame on his desk and said to him: "your kids look like they are straight out of Abercrombie". I still chuckle when I hear him say it...
Here is the example using some of the adorable and SUPER cute new MME Fine and Dandy line that can be found in the CP store HERE... check out all the fun papers and embellies!!!!!
