Got another page done with the Echo Park Happy Halloween line. I have to say I LOVE fall, I LOVE Halloween and I LOVE pumpkin patches- going to pick out the perfect pumpkin. We kinda like to do fun things and make cool jack o lanterns with our pumpkins here at the house. Everyone usually has something in mind that they want and so we all look for our own pumpkins to create on. We usually decorate up the front porch pretty festive and love the holiday. We've been going to the same pumpkin patch since the first year we moved here and just love it.. I am lovin this fun scrappy line, super cute embellies and the pumpkin print paper was perfect for the photo.
Woooo Hoooooo!!!! I finally got a chance to scrap, it's been a couple of weeks from going on vacation and then getting settled in. And I've had this pack of Echo Park Happy Halloween collection just sitting on my desk, begging to be used. I LOVE Halloween, it's my favorite holiday, and I love to scrap it, it's one of my fave things to work on. So here are some pages that I got done. Talk about a difference two years can make, the kids look sooo much older in the photos I can hardly believe it. I'm sure the photos from this year, they will look even bigger!! They grow way too fast. I LOVE the fun patterns on this line, and embellies, they are perfect to any Halloween page...

I haven't made any cards in weeks, and I needed one tonight to drop by to someone, so this was what I came up with. I have been holding onto the cute little house embellie from AC, but I just had to finally break down and use it. It's sooo stinkin cute.. But felt good to be making a card again, so I'm going to have to get to makin some more...
This week's challenge from Tamara was sooo fun for the journaling challenge. The challenge: Journal about your vacation: More than who, what, where and when. But your thought about the vacation or a funny event during the vacation.So for my page I did journaling about a trip we made to Cali, for just a concert. Of course we saw family and friends and always love a good trip to Cali, but when we heard the Cranberries were going to be in a limited release concert tour, about less than 20 cities, the tickets were $39, I mean how can you resist? It's a band that both Jeremy and I LOVE and had been waiting to see for a loooong time. So we got the tickets, had AMAZING seats and saw a great show. It was definitely worth the trip.. hands down.
Can I just tell you how much Sassafras Lass papers make me happy? I just LOVE the fun, bold and bright colors, love the fun prints and the embellies just tickle me pink. I never get sick of using their products and love how it adds a fun POW to your page. Here is a page I did a bit ago, but I guess I forget to post it, opppps. It's Alecia, Andie and Me when I went over to Houston for a girls scrappy beach house weekend.. All I can say is FUN TIMES... lots of chattin, scrappin, and having a good time...
This page was created for the wildlife wk #3 challenge at Camp Paradise - it was all about photos and being WILD.. These were some cute photos from the the kids taken at Sydney's birthday party, where they played pin the wart on the witch. Jeremy made the poster and the warts, and all the kids and cousins loved the game!!! Here at the kids with their warts!!! lol.. I used the On the Coast SEI line from the Paradise store found HERE.

ok ladies.. it's time for FINAL challenge time at Camp Paradise... I used the Basic Grey Oliver line from the CP store for this page and challenge. The challenge to LAYER... and not to just layer once, layer at least THREEE things on your page.. I layered my buttons, my crumpled circles, my paper, esp across the bottom and also layered the letters in my title.. So show us three ways you can LAYER on your page.. get creative and mix it up.. can't wait to see what you create...
Well it's that time of week.. time for week # 4 of Camp Paradise.. Here is my challenge for the week... This week it's all about Camp Spirit... The challenge- Use at least 3 of the colors from the camp banner for Camp Paradise, Use a BANNER on your page, and make it POP- use some pop dots to raise something on your page.. Here is my example using the BG Olivia line.. I just have to say I love it sooo much, it's soo fun and girlie... Hope you join us at camp and play along.
I always love it at Twisted Sketch card the fun twist they add onto the sketch.. really makes you think outside the box and push it.. Here is my take on sketch #018 and the twist- TAG, anyway you want it.. I made this card for someone in our neighborhood that just moved it and missed her birthday and also made it quite pink for some reason...
I think my favorite color right now it Ocean Aqua blue.. its brings me happiness and makes me smile. Here is a card, I used the Mojo Monday sketch for it. It also goes towards the MSW ABC summer month long crop going on, C - Clouds.. so here are my summery puffy clouds. I also had it go towards Amy's challenge at 2SDs, use the word friend on a card.. Got er done..
I needed to make a couple more cards, so I got out some sketches and went to work. I used Card Patterns # 75 for this sketch.. I also finally got out the stickles.. I love them, but I reallly hate waiting for them to dry, so I don't use them enough. But here is my take on the sketch. I also used it to the MSW ABC crop going on.. Today's was letter A- Adornment.. so lots of bling..
A new month and a new page sketch from Sketches by Tamara.. Here is my take on sketch # 130 for this month. I used the adorable Walk in the Park line from Echo Park. These pictures were taken of the kids on the last day of school, one before they left and the other as they got home. They were sooo excited for the last day and for summer to start.
