Pink Sketches Toot!!!

oh my gosh what a great surprise when I opened my email and then google reader... I submitted for the Pink Sketches DT call, I've always loved the sketches from that site and tried to play along regularly... Well they announced their DT and my name was on there!!! oh my goodness!!! soooo excited and am ticked pink to be apart of the team!!! This is the page I submitted for the call.... Scrap Pink Card Challenge

This is my E challenge card, to use at least 6 eyelets on a card.. I got nervous, since I know I have gotten rid of most of mine, but was able to dig up enough to get this challenge done, so here is my take on it:

I really played around with it this week and here is my take on it.. Our friends Raymond and Sierra just got married this past weekend and so of course I thought I would create a wedding card.. This isn't the typical wedding card, when you think of one, but I had fun with it, and of course the matching envie to go along with it.. check it out and play along...

My Sketch World 1 Hour Sketch challenge

Last night over at My Sketch World, they had a super fun challenge.. they presented a sketch and you had 1 hour to complete your page, upload it.. all within an hour... I LOVE stuff like this since I'm a pretty fast scrapper so I was all over it.. Of course the one day, my camera gave me MAJOR uploading problems!! go figure.. but got it all done and loaded.. and the sad thing is, it's the first page, I've actually scrappin a over a week and half.. I need MORE time!!!

Math Equation Challenge

This month at My Sketch World, I'm in charge of one of the monthly challenges.. since it's September and I'm thinking back to school.. why not go straight to the classroom and to math class?
So...... for this challenge, I want to see in your title or your journaling a MATH EQUATION... it doesn't have to be math correct, but have a fun play on numbers, adding, subtracting, and equaling it all out....

Here is my example for this one, I used the equation for my title: 1 Crew + 1 Kade = 2 Twins:

WHAT a fun new posted sketch from Inspirational Card sketches for this week for card sketch # 32... I just love it and had soo much fun with it.. Here is my funky take on the card sketch also, always have been such a fan of this line...
PLUS they have a DT call going on... HERE are ALL the details and fine print... I have to say the team is amazing and soo organized and fun to work with.. go for it!!!

My Sketch World Sept 1 sketch

Lucy has posted and up a new amazing sketch for Sept 1.. here is my take on the layout sketch, I flipped it and used it that way. I also scrapped some photos of my grandparents, that I visited when I was out in Cali.. They really mean the world to me, I am sooo lucky, grateful and blessed to have such wonderful people be examples in my life. They have always been there to support me, remember me, and be a guiding light... I truly treasure them.
